John Edwards’ lawyers are filing motions to dismiss all the charges against the former U.S. senator. Edwards is accused of conspiracy, making false statements and violating the laws related to campaign contribution. Edwards denies all the charges. The reason given by his lawyers is that all the charges are vague and that the prosecutor who filed them did it on political motives. They have even claimed that there have been irregularities in the grand jury process.
