Ed Forchion, who uses and wants to legalize marijuana, wants to change his name to NJWeedman.com. But a court has ruled against his decision to change his name. The reason the court gave was that there was no way of knowing if Forchion would be able to keep the website ownership to himself for life. If somebody else got ownership of the website, it would cause confusion.  Another reason was that the name would point people to a website which encourages people to break the law.
