Two-grown up kids, both adults now, who sued their mother over her lack of parental skills have lost their case. 23-year old Steven Jr. and his sister 20 -year Kathryn had sued their mother Kimberly Garrity for “intentional infliction of emotional distress.” The alleged abuse claims include things such as playing favorites with them turn by turn and giving birthday cards without any money or gifts.
