A criminal defense lawyer has violated essential fundamental principles relating to legal ethics. It has been alleged that one of his clients had openly confessed to a murder which involved a shooting during a sentencing hearing. This was revealed recently by the lawyer in open court. So far three charges brought against the lawyer have been dropped.
