In a potential merger affecting nearly 350 Ohio attorneys, Indianapolis-based firm Ice Miller will incorporate 90 lawyers from Columbus’ third-largest practice, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn. This addition, combined with Ice Miller’s resident 224 attorneys, will bring their total to well over 300. Indianapolis’ second-largest firm (narrowly beating Ice Miller) is in talks over a merger with a Minneapolis practice that would affect nearly 800 advocates.
