The recently hosted ‘Redneck Olympics’ in Maine is facing legal trouble. But its not for the reason that most of you are thinking. The lawsuit has nothing to do with hurt feelings on anybody’s part or injuries arising from sports such as riding the mechanical bull, wife-carrying and the mud run. The legal action is being threatened by the U.S. Olympic Committee which claims the sole right to use the word “Olympics”.
