Parents of Corey Burr got sued for putting up a banner in their front yard displaying their son’s picture when he shipped to Afganistan with the US Marine, by the Southgate association, a home owner’s association, because it exceeded the permitted size. The Burr family alleged that the restriction violates their first amendment rights.
