‘Not Guilty’ is the Plea of Former Kirkland & Ellis Partner in Tax Fraud Case

A former senior partner with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, Theodore L. Freedman was indicted yesterday for tax fraud up to the tune of over $2 million. He plead not guilty to all charges. If found guilty he might be jailed for up to 3 years each for all four of the charges against him. He was represented in court by Robert Cleary of Proskauer Rose.
