Wanda Johnson, mother of Oscar Grant, has settle for 1.3 million dollars in her son’s 2009 death. He was killed in San Francisco on a train platform by an officer after fight. The officer, Johannes Mehserle shot Grant after thinking he saw Grant reach for a gun. Mehserle was charged for involuntary manslaughter.
