A lawyer by profession, Joshua Jesse Robert Gessler, had been found guilty of having sex with minor and in possession of child pornography. He was former employee of Arnold & Porter. He has been sentenced to three months in jail. Fairfax County Circuit Court also sentenced him two years of probation, ordered him to pay $1,000 to a fund for sexual abuse victims. Gessler now admits being guilty and is trying to recover through therapy. He feels he can do better given a chance.
