John Edwards was the one to have received the biggest legal donations to his 2008 presidential run and about 62% of these donations have come from the legal industry, as reported The National Law Journal, a sibling publication of The Am Law Daily. The Data compiled by NLJ shows that Edwards had received more than $7.5 million from law firms and lawyers and then he dropped himself out of the Presidential race.
