Monday afternoon at 1pm EST CSPAN will air the two hour arguments in the appeal of Judge Walker’s controversial ruling over California’s Proposition 8. The arguments will be heard by a three judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, including Judge Stephen Reinhardt. Reinhardt will hear the case despite being asked to recuse himself. Reinhardt’s wife, the director of the ACLU of Southern California, provided advice to plaintiff’s lawyers long before the initial trial.
