Cliff L. Rothenstein, a former director of the Federal Highway Administration and Environmental Protective Agency, has joined K&L Gates as an advisor in the firm’s public policy practice in Washington D.C.
Rothenstein served on Capitol Hill and in various federal agencies for more than 30 years. He most recently was director of the Office of Legislative Affairs and Policy Communications with the Federal Highway Administration.
David T. Case, administrative partner of K&L Gates Washington D.C. office, said Rothenstein’s “insider’s view” of how policy initiatives move through Congress “makes him a tremendous asset to our clients.”
