Per Newswire, Krupnick Campbell Malone Buser Slama Hancock Liberman & McKee, a Fort Lauderdale firm, has been retained by Florida’s Gulf County as legal consultants to assist that county in as it moves forward in the aftermath of the Deepwater oil spill.  The spill, involving British Petroleum and Transocean, the world’s largest offshore drilling company, has had an ever-widening impact affecting many communities along the the coasts of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana .  The firm was retained, according to the post, based on its experience in litigating marine disasters, and its recent association as lead Florida counsel for the Gulf Oil Disaster Group.
