Earthtimes.org has reported that ALM Legal Intelligence has released a new study entitled “Changes In Staffing Structure of Law Firms”.  The study is based on interviews with senior management at the nations top 100 law firms.

According to the study, firms have taken on a number measures to counter the ailing economy including cutbacks in travel and marketing, offering deep client discounts to maintain market presence, creating more flexible hiring and promotion policies and the continuation and broadening of ongoing partner de-equitization trends.
