On February 1, 2010 Dechert LLP announced that Allan S. Brilliant and Craig P. Druehl joined the firm’s business restructuring and reorganization group in New York as partners. Both Brilliant and Druehl were previously partners at Goodwin Procter LLP . Brilliant was the co-head of the financial restructuring group at that firm. Brilliant and Druehl specialize in representing debt investors in restructurings and chapter 11 cases and related financial transactions.
