Baker Hostetler Opens 11th US Office in Chicago

Baker Hostetler has opened a new office in Chicago, led by partner Ronald Okada who makes the move from the firms cleveland office. Currently, the office has four attorneys including Okada. Timothy Eloe has jumped from McDermott Will & Emery and will bring his practice, focused on leveraged buyouts and corporate transactions, to the new Baker office. William Kane and Erin Hines, both formerly of Lovells, round out the team.
