Dallas DA to Cut Four Jobs

Budget cuts in Texas have taken their toll on the District Attorney’s office in Dallas, which is facing an approximately ten percent reduction in its operating budget. The good news is nobody is losing their job. The bad news is, three current vacancies and one upcoming vacancy will not be filled. Additionally, all attorney IV’s will take three days of mandatory furlough this year as part of additional cost cutting measures.
