Kilpatrick Stockton, which in April laid off 24 lawyers and endured the resulting tragedy, has hired a group of three intellectual property lawyers from Day Pitney.
Stephen Feingold, Marc Lieberstein, and Barry Benjamin will handle trademark litigation and transactional matters out of Kilpatrick’s New York office.
Just this week, Day Pitney laid off 20 lawyers, and deferred its incoming associate class.
