Rachel Folberg and Miles Locker, two former California state labor lawyers, have announced the founding of their own San Francisco law firm, Locker Folberg.
Both lawyers were formerly with the California State Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. They will handle individual and class action wage & cases, and retaliation cases.
The new firm plans to hire at least one associate.
