Womble Carlyle has laid off an undisclosed number employees. At least 20 associates and staff have been let go.
In addition, the firm is planning pay cuts of up to 10% for “under-performing” lawyers, first- and second-year associates, and incoming associates.
The pay cuts go into effect today.
